We have been established for 20 years and serve 11 counties in the Capital District with 2 offices and 15 appraisers. Our services include appraisals for conventional and FHA mortgages, relocation, homebuyers, homesellers, homeowners seeking to remove PMI insurance, foreclosures, settling of estates and divorce. Although we specialize in residential appraising and reviewing, we also appraise commercial properties.

We have 15 State Licensed/Certified Residential Appraisers, one State Certified General Appraiser and two professionally designated appraisers (SRA and MAI). We have well over 200 years of combined appraisal experience.
